Orders are prepared and shipped from our facilities in Alicante from Monday to Friday, provided it is a business day.
Please note that orders are prepared and dispatched from our warehouse on the same day for purchases made from Monday to Friday (business days) before 3:00 p.m. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m., during the weekend, or on holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
For example, if you placed an order on Friday afternoon/evening, it will not be prepared until the following business day.
During sales periods or special promotions, as well as on specific dates, delivery times may be longer than usual.
We do not guarantee deliveries at specific times. If the buyer specifies a specific delivery date, it will be understood as indicative.
If we are unable to make the delivery, the carrier will make a new delivery attempt. If we are still unable to make the delivery on this second attempt, the carrier will leave a notification, and the customer must contact the agency to arrange delivery.
Additionally, if you change your mind about your purchase when the courier arrives at your address, please reject the package and do not sign the delivery acceptance. In this case, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method once we receive the package in our warehouses, according to our usual conditions.
How can I know if my package has already been shipped?
You can track your order by accessing your account. Once the package leaves our warehouse, you will have access to the tracking number of your order.
Sometimes, depending on the destination franchise, the carrier will send you an email or SMS when your package is out for delivery. If you receive it and won't be at home that day, you can contact them to arrange a new delivery date or pick up at the nearest carrier office to your address.
If your order is going to the Canary Islands, you will need to contact our customer service team through this form. They will provide you with all the information about the status of your order.
What happens if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?
You have a maximum period of ten (10) days before the package is returned to origin. So, if after our usual delivery period you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery date or pick up at your nearest carrier office.
Do you ship to Ceuta or Melilla?
We're sorry, but we do not currently ship to Ceuta or Melilla.
Do you ship to Portugal?
Yes, we do ship to Portugal. In this case, the shipping costs are reflected in the initial shipping cost table according to the destination, although please note that you may incur additional expedition costs due to factors beyond our control, in which case you will be informed by the corresponding transport company.
Do you ship to the Canary Islands?
Yes, we do ship to the Canary Islands. In this case, the shipping costs are reflected in the initial shipping cost table according to the destination, although please note that shipments to the Canary Islands are subject to specific conditions which we outline below:
Value Added Tax (VAT)
In accordance with Article 21 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, deliveries of goods dispatched or transported outside the Community by the seller or by a third party acting on behalf of the seller will be exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT); therefore, deliveries of goods to the Canary Islands are subject to and exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT).
Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC)
In the Canary Islands, there will be an import of goods for the purposes of the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC), with the taxpayer being the recipient of the imported goods (Article 21 of Law 20/1991, of June 7, amending the fiscal aspects of the Economic and Fiscal Regime of the Canary Islands).
In this regard, section 11 of Article 14 of Law 20/1991, of June 7, amending the fiscal aspects of the Economic and Fiscal Regime of the Canary Islands, provides that:
Imports whose total value does not exceed 150 euros will be exempt from the IGIC, provided they meet the following conditions:
-
The set of goods has a single recipient.
-
The goods have been included in the same summary declaration.
-
The goods are covered by the same transport contract.
In the case of imports whose total value does not exceed 150 euros, it will not be necessary to present the corresponding DUA at customs. However, the exemption from presenting the DUA will not apply to goods imported by sea, as stated in the Resolution of the Director of the Canary Islands Tax Agency, dated July 2, 2017, clarifying the conditions for the clearance of low-value shipments exempt from the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax:
-
Imports whose total value exceeds 150 euros will not be exempt from IGIC and must present the corresponding DUA at customs.
In this case, the importer is the end consumer, but the customs agent or the transport company may be responsible for customs clearance of the importation, so that the customer receives the goods without the need for further procedures.
