Our History

Mariamare was born in the late 90s as another footwear brand within the Mustang business group.

With the experience and heritage that the Company already had, a brand with clear objectives was born: to create a collection for those women who stopped wearing Mustang because they were looking for something more sophisticated in their shoes and accessories.

From the design department, it was always clear that the collection had to stand out for being a dress collection, without renouncing the casual aspect that we will always find in each collection, no matter how small.

The target audience of Mariamare is a female audience that knows what they are looking for and what they want at each moment of their life. They are independent women with exquisite taste in fashion, decoration, gastronomy, and generally in their lifestyle.

Their collections are always filled with new and refreshing ideas, whether for the winter or summer collection. The designers travel the world in search of new concepts to always bring that sophisticated touch to the collection that people look for.

Boots, ankle boots, shoes, sandals, and bags chosen with meticulous care and taste so that when it comes to dressing, everything is easy to combine. From wardrobe staples to keep “for a lifetime,” to some trendier items to leave those around you speechless.

By definition, the Mariamare brand has always been associated with the world of dress shoes, from that event planned for months to that unexpected last-minute get-together. High heels, platforms, and mid-heels always flood their collections to make you feel elevated and comfortable all the time. The Mariamare consumer is a woman with self-confidence and independence. She does not need the opinion of others to know what is in fashion and what looks good on her; she knows it well.

The materials always stand out in our collections, looking for the detail that makes the difference in that shoe or bag you end up buying because you fell in love with it. A lace on a sneaker different from what you are used to seeing, the use of the logo in a careful way, a different heel… the design is always in search of that excellence.

Mariamare understands fashion, understands tastes, and understands people when it comes to design, so in their more casual collections, they apply all the brand values to launch a novelty, a detail, or a trend every year that we will end up seeing on the streets of any city.
